What is the difference between the AI session and the Rekha consultation?

The AI Assisted Case Taking session uses Asha, an AI agent, to conduct a thorough case-taking interview at your own pace. Asha asks structured homeopathic questions covering your complete health history for approx 30-40 mins. Rekha then reviews the full transcript and conducts a live one-one video call for 10 mins at selected time.

The Personal Consultation with Rekha is a live one-on-one video call with Rekha for full time approx 45 mins. You discuss your concerns in real time, ask questions, and receive your prescription by the end of the session.

Both options result in the same high-quality, individualised homeopathic prescription.

Do I need to download any software?

No. Your video consultation takes place in a secure, private video room that runs entirely in your web browser — on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. No apps, plugins, or downloads are required.

We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari for the best experience. All you need is a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone.

How do I receive my video room link?

After you complete booking and payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing:

  • Your appointment date and time
  • A unique, private link to your video room
  • A booking reference number

Simply click the link at your appointment time to enter your session. We recommend joining 2–3 minutes early to test your camera and microphone.

When will I receive my prescription?

For AI Assisted Case Taking sessions, Rekha reviews the transcript after your session and sends your written prescription by email — usually within 24–48 hours on business days.

For Personal Consultations with Rekha, your prescription is provided at the close of the session, or emailed within a few hours if additional consideration is needed.

Prescriptions are delivered as a PDF and include the remedy, potency, dosage schedule, dietary notes, and lifestyle recommendations.

What if I miss my appointment or need to reschedule?

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Please contact us directly at info@homeocare.com.au and we will assess each case individually.

Is my health information kept private and secure?

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All information shared during your consultation is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APP) under the Privacy Act 1988.

  • All video sessions use end-to-end encrypted private rooms
  • Payment is processed by Stripe — we never store your card details
  • Your health records are stored securely and never shared with third parties
Is homeopathy appropriate for my condition?

Can I book on behalf of a child or family member?

Yes. When completing the booking form, enter the patient’s name in the patient name field and your own email address to receive confirmations. Parents or carers booking for children under 16 are welcome to attend the session alongside the child.
